You=The Bidder=The Buyer
These terms are interchangeable and are used based on specific circumstances.
The bidder is responsible for any and all activity on their account. We recommend keeping your login information secure. When on the website
you must follow all local/state/federal laws, failure to do so will result in termination of site access.
US FireSales prides itself on accurately depicting conditions. Printed or verbal statements made are in good faith. All items are
sold AS IS, WHERE IS. You are responsible for checking conditions during designated inspection time.
Auction company employees may bid on auction items.
Note, there is no auto extended period. The auction will conclude when either the top (buy now) price is met or the price is
reduced to the highest bid. US FireSales is not responsible for connection issues.
US FireSales reserves the right to alter or remove any product or bid for any reason.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A bid is a legally binding contract between you and US FireSales.
There will be a buyers fee (which can be seen in the Payment tab) as well as sales tax (based on the county the items are in) added to
the final bid price. The buyer's fee is taxable if the item is taxable. There is a 2.5% convenience fee for credit/debit card
purchases. Payments accepted during scheduled pickup are: cash, credit/debit cards, certified/cashiers checks. Wire transfers must be
placed 24+ hours before the scheduled pickup time. ACH payments must be placed 48+ hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Personal/Business checks are not accepted unless accompanied by a letter of guarantee from the bank, it must be dated and signed. The letter
can be emailed or hand delivered at the scheduled pickup time.
If a purchase is not settled by the end of the scheduled pickup, the item will go into default. If this occurs the bidder will be
black listed on US FireSales auctions and will be charged 25% of the bid price or $250, whichever is greater, and the item will be
forfeited back to US FireSales.
All disputes will be settled by arbitration in Washington County, Wisconsin.
Shipping/Hauling: Call prior to bidding to check availability. Shipping costs are an expense to the buyer. US FireSales is not
responsible for any lost or damaged products due to shipping.
US FireSales reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will occur by updating the website. Refer back to the
Terms of Use before each time bidding as you are agreeing to the terms as they are at the time of your bid.
