Are there bidding increments?
No

Can I view my bid history?
Yes, go into your account page and click on Bid History

If the time remaining on a product is 10 hours does that mean the auction will conclude in 10 hours?
Not necessarily, If no one places a bid higher than the current highest bid then the auction will close in 10 hours. But if someone places a new highest bid then the time remaining will decrease. The more a bid goes over the highest bid, the more the time remaining will be decreased. (see our how to bid video - link to how to bid video)

What does it mean when after I place a bid and the notification says your bid was accepted but did not exceed the highest bid?
Someone has a higher bid than you. Maybe you should change that

Can I bid on Upcoming Auctions?
No, you can view the items though!

Can I buy an item at any time?
Yes you can! If you place a bid at the current price the auction will conclude and you will win the product.

Why am I unable to place a bid?
You need to be signed into your account to place bids on current auctions. If you are signed in, check and make sure that the auction you are viewing is a current auction and not an upcoming or past one.

Am I able to bid on my phone?
Yes! Our online platform allows for bidding on both desktop and mobile versions.

How do US FireSales auctions differ from other sites?
At USFireSales.com we run reverse auctions.

What is a reverse auction?
In our reverse auction, the starting price (Retail/MSRP) decreases at a constant rate until either it meets the highest bid or hits $0/Reserve.

What does the projected end mean?
If no more bids are placed, the auction will close at the projected end date. Keep in mind that after a new highest bid comes in the projected end date will change.

Is there a buyer`s fee?
US FireSales does its best to not have a buyer`s fee but some auctions may have one. It is best to check the specific Auction Terms and Details for the auction in question.

Can I pay when I pick up my item?
Yes you can. On the account page under the pending tab, you can click on the "View Details" button for the specific auction. Underneath the products you have won, you will see a "Pick Up Details" button.

How do I know if I won an item?
You will receive an email notifying you that you have won the product. You can also go into your account page and look under pending to see items that you have recently won.

Can I remove a bid?
No, all bids placed are final.

Are there bidding increments?
No

Is there a fee for credit/debit cards?
There is an added 2.5% processing fee for all credit/debit cards.

What Payments are accepted?
We accept: Cash, Certified/Cashier Checks, Money Order, Credit/Debit Cards, Wire Transfer, ACH

Where do I pick up my items?
If you go to your account menu and click on view details, towards the bottom of the page you will find a button that says "Pick Up Details". Inside that page, you will find all the information needed for pickup.

Can someone else pick my items up for me?
Yes you can have someone pickup your items but they will need to know your name, the name of the item won, and have the product ID number.

Do you offer shipping?
We currently do not offer shipping. We are working to add this feature.
